Signed Buyback Offer Terms

Operational draft. Counsel must approve final wording before offers are shown to paid users.

Current availability: no buyback offer is open. These draft terms do not promise liquidity or create a redemption route. Check the canonical release gate and a specific signed offer before treating a buyback as available.

Offer Mechanics

• A buyback is optional. Users can hold, play, trade, redeem, or ignore an offer.
• Each offer is signed by an authorized pricing signer and must include NFT address, token ID, seller, price, expiry, and nonce.
• The BuybackPool pays native BDAG only when the user accepts a valid signed offer and transfers the NFT to the pool.

Liquidity And Caps

• Offers are limited by the funded BuybackPool balance and any published pilot cap.
• An offer can expire or become unavailable. No offer is a guaranteed resale price or investment return.
• BuybackPool funding must be visible before posted offers are enabled.
