Custody And Redemption Terms

Operational draft. Physical redemption must be fulfilled only after custody verification and support approval.

Current availability: no public custody or redemption request route is open. These draft terms do not confirm that a card has a physical counterpart or redemption eligibility. Check the canonical release gate and the relevant card record before making either claim.

Digital And Vaulted Cards

• Some cards may be digital-only. Some may represent eligibility for a physical or vaulted collectible process.
• The card detail view must show the current vault status before a user requests redemption.
• Redemption availability can depend on custody records, shipping eligibility, fraud review, and jurisdiction limits.

Redemption Request

• A redemption request is not complete until support verifies token ownership and custody status.
• Cards in redemption pending state may be blocked from trade, gameplay, or buyback routes until resolved.
• Shipping, taxes, duties, and address verification rules must be disclosed in the final public policy.
